The hotel room is VERY small, so I would not stay here if your bringing your teens along. No fridge was a bummer also. Frankly, sleeping in a full size bed was somewhat of an adjustment as well, and it was hard as a rock. However, the location is great if you plan on using public transportation, as we did. The purchase of a City Pass while making my hotel reservations was worth every cent and more. We used public transportation the entire time and enjoyed most of the attractions included in the pass.

For a 4 star hotel i expected more from the hotel then what we had expected. The staff was indeed very friendly, but the internet was expensive, parking was $* for 24 hours and the room was tiny. 2 Tiny double beds, it did have a widescreen tv but no fridge. No Free breakfast, oatmeal and drink was * bucks! It was okay for the night but wouldn

Not much to say. Doors slam loudly, sirens and horns - welcome to SF! Great staff, relatively clean, beds were a bit stiff towels and toilet paper were scratchy. You can do better than this dated hotel ,which is always busy due to the low price and abundance of rooms.

05/10/2010This is a very nice hotel in a great location. friendly staff, nice rooms. my 3 issues were, expensive internet, no room fridge/mini bar, and no dresser.

Parc 55 is in a great location to shopping, BART, and the cable car at Powell St. The staff was very friendly and it is a very clean hotel. The only sticker shock we incountered with our experience was the cost for valet parking ($44 per day). but if your staying in San Fran only then there is no need for a car. many options of public transit available.
