Staff was terrific, room was much larger than I expected for NYC. I felt this was a perfect location. A bit away from the craziness of Times Square, yet close enought to walk to Central Park, Theatre Dist., etc. The Business Center was great!

The hotel is in a great location for a fun trip to NYC. Close to 5th ave. shopping, within walking distance of Times Square, Central Park, surrounded by easy to access subway stations. The room was very nice, great for the price. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, the concierge provided very thorough directions each time we asked, and a good restaurant recommendation too! I would stay here again.

Very nice place on 6th Ave near Central Park, shops on 5th Ave, in sight of Radio City Music Hall, and walking distance to Time Square and all the Broadway Shows!! Rooms were spacious for NYC. Clean with all needed amenities, coffee pot with coffee and tea. Service was great with check in and easy check out. Close to restaurants and little grocery store. Will stay again!

I JUST SPENT 5 DAYS IN THIS HOTEL. IT HAS A GREAT LOCATION, IS NEAR ALL MAYOR ATTRACTION IN NEW YORK, THE ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND THE ATTENTION WAS SPECTACULAR. I ENTIRELY RECOMMENDED.

The HILTON Hotel was a great location....easy walking to almost every hot-spot in the area. Nice people at first day registration (Paul) Found out that the bedside phone didn't work, no electricity in bathroom outlet, and drain cap in bathtub was not mounted. I wrote these items out on a piece of paper and the receptionist at the desk said she would have it fixed the next morning. After returning to our room in the afternoon, we found that the phone was working but the outlet and drain cap were not. I called the front desk and they had no record of the first notice. The electricity outet was finally fixed on the 4th day (needed for hair dryer and shaver) and the bathtub drain cap (and drain was cleaned also, it was 4'' high when you took a shower) on the 5th day. The maid never dryed-off the platter under the ice-bucket, it was always wet. We couldn't get a roll of toilet paper on the squeeze spool bracket, and the maid didn't do it either. She also didn't put a spare roll of paper in the drawer when one was removed. Solution: A maid can easlly report these problems to the various service departments so the hotel guest dosen't have to encounter them. Have a maid use a different plug-in outlet each time she vacuums, run water in the tub, check the phones to make sure they are working, replace the glasses with 2 clean ones (two times she did not do this so went to the vending room and got them myself) Again, great hotel location, nice big lobby, nice people working. Breakfast is too high $$$ $* - $*. We ate accross the street - 4 people for the same price as (1) at hotel.
